Faux La Fleur have been brilliant from start to finish and we're really pleased with our flower arrangements.
Having contacted a few of the larger names in the space, none of them were able to produce custom arrangements as their "florists" were unable to do so, having only received training to produce the fixed designs in their range.

Where do you deliver?
We can deliver via courier across Ireland. Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 working days after the order is placed unless requested on a specific day (such as seasonal orders, Mother's Day etc) Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on a Monday. We will deliver your items to the address you specify upon ordering your goods.
We can hand deliver arrangements locally to these Cork locations, Dripsey, Coachford, Macroom, Blarney, Ballincollig and the surrounding areas.
Can I return an item?
At Faux La Fleur we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that this is not always the case. You can return any order placed that isnt bespoke to us for a full refund providing you have informed us, and the goods have been received within 14 calendar days. This will start from the day after the order was delivered, and all items must be in an unused and saleable condition in their original packaging. Within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund of the items being returned. We cannot accept returns for bespoke/personalised items.
How do I look after my artificial flowers?
Please keep artificial flowers away from direct sunlight as flowers that are exposed may fade over time. To clean use a hairdryer on a cool setting to remove dust or use a light damp cloth if needed to gently wipe your flowers. Artificial flowers require no watering or feeding. Our outdoor arrangements are treated to ensure maximum longevity in all weathers; however we do suggest in severe adverse weather to bring your flowers indoors for safekeeping.
